Early Years/Key Stage 1 Teachers
Required from the end of August 2024 (start of the autumn term) or earlier
For the next academic year, we have some exciting opportunities for exceptional Teachers, preferably with solid Early Years and/or KS1 expertise and experience, who are passionate about working at the cutting edge of Early Childhood Education and Development in a highly friendly and supportive team environment in which everyone strives for excellence.
We are primarily looking for full-time applicants but would also welcome applications from those who need flexible working arrangements, and so a part-time contract may well be an option. Please set out your situation or request as part of your application.
Although the vacancies only need to be filled by the end of August 2024, we are open to making appointments which could start as already as the end of April 2024, for the start of the summer term, to ensure a smooth integration and then a flying start at the beginning of the new academic year.
The job description and person specification for the position can be viewed and downloaded below, at the bottom of this page. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. These will be processed as soon as received.

Learning Support Leader and SENDCO
Required from the end of August 2024 (start of the autumn term)
This is a unique opening to lead Learning Support at our School focused exclusively on Early Childhood Education and Development and be the appointed Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCO), operating as the lead teacher with whole School responsibility for pupils with additional needs.
You will be well qualified in supporting those with SEND, have extensive experience in working with children of our young age range and be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. As a result, you will be able to work closely and successfully with other teaching staff, gain the confidence of parents and have a major positive impact in shaping our pupils’ futures.
Although we consider the role to be full-time, with preferred working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., we would welcome applications from those who need flexible working arrangements, and so a part-time contract may well be an option. Please set out your situation or request as part of your application.
The vacancy has arisen because our two long-standing, part-time/job-share Learning Support teachers are moving on at the end of this academic year for personal reasons. To enable a smooth transition and period of overlap, the successful candidate would ideally be available from some time in the summer term. However, an autumn 2024 start is also possible as the outgoing teachers have kindly indicated a willingness to support handover with such a start date. We offer an exciting opportunity to further shape and lead an increasingly important aspect of our provision, a highly friendly and supportive team environment in which everyone strives for excellence, relatively short term-time working weeks (34-35) and a competitive salary depending on the successful candidate’s experience.
The job description and person specification for the position can be viewed and downloaded below, at the bottom of this page. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. These will be processed as soon as received.

Learning Support Assistant
Required from end April 2024
We have a unique full-time opportunity for a loving, caring, enthusiastic and happy Teaching/Learning Support Assistant to join our amazing team to:
- primarily support on a one-on-one basis a lovely, verbal child (largely attaining age-level academic levels) with an EHCP through the end of their Reception year and then through Key Stage 1, including facilitating social interactions and supporting access to group learning and meeting classroom expectations, and

You will hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification to at least Level 2 (and more likely Level 3 or above) and have extensive experience of working with young children who have SEND, adapting and differentiating the curriculum to their needs and style.
We offer a uniquely friendly and supportive environment, a strong established team, well-resourced facilities and competitive salaries.
